Business-to-consumer marketing, more commonly abbreviated as B2C marketing, refers to the process of producing and distributing marketing messages directly to individual clients or customers. It comprises cultivating interest in the brand, building up awareness of the brand, and driving sales through the use of a number of marketing approaches such as administration of social media platforms, pay-per-click advertising, and other similar strategies. Business-to-consumer marketing involves the targeting of individuals, their attributes, and their behaviors. It often utilizes analytics of a typical consumer for a product such as gender, age demographic, location, past purchases, etc.
