Customer relationship management, also known as CRM, refers to the process of organizing and analyzing data pertaining to customers in order to strengthen existing connections and foster new ones with the target demographic or intended audience. It entails collecting, organizing, and analyzing data pertaining to these customers in order to personalize communication for them and enhance the overall experience of those customers. This data can include their area of expertise, their location, their contact information, their social media channels, their specific target audiences, and more. Utilizing Customer Relationship Management and the analytics derived from it can help to better understand the end customer and to ensure furthering of the business with them.
